Mason Sterner Injured In Cedar Bluff, AL Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on May 20 in Cedar Bluff, Alabama. Mason Sterner was injured when the WaveRunner he was a passenger on crashed along a lake near Cedar Bluff. 19-year-old Daegen P. Vaughn was operating the 2021 Yamaha when the vehicle ran up onto land and crashed into a tree. A passenger on the watercraft, 22-year-old Mason D. Sterner was transported to Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center. ALEA continues to investigate the accident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
