Tragic accident that occurred on November 21 in San Louis Obispo, California. Matthew Chachere and his partner were tragically struck and killed by a car while walking their dog near the intersection of Sacramento Drive and Basil Lane. The tragic discovery came several hours after police received a report of a dead dog in the creek bed. According to the San Luis Obispo Police Department, a car crashed on Sacramento Drive in the area near where the bodies were found.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
