Matthew Reno Injured In Blount, AL Accident

Hit and run on Martin Luther King Drive

Tragic accident that occurred on June 11 in Blount, Alabama. Matthew Reno was injured in a head-on collision along Alabama Route 160 when a Nissan Maxima collided head-on with a Ram 2500 pickup. The driver of the Nissan, a 42-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver – 32-year-old Matthew, was transported to UAB Hospital in Gardendale for treatment of unspecified injuries. ALEA continues to investigate the cause of the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
