Miguel Diaz Arzola lost his life when his vehicle was hit by an alleged drunken driver, leasha Boyd. Boyd was driving a silver BMW with a 12-year-old and a 5-year-old child on board when her vehicle collided with an orange Chevrolet Colorado at the intersection of 38th Avenue and 40th Street North. The impact caused the Chevrolet to overturn. The driver, 62-year-old Miguel died in the crash.Boyd was determined to be driving while impaired and was charged with DUI manslaughter and two counts of child neglect. The incident remains under investigation.
