Nestor Hernandez Arrested In San Diego, CA Accident

DUI wreck along Riviera Drive

Tragic accident that occurred on January 22 in San Diego, California. Nestor Hernandez was arrested in connection with a DUI-related pedestrian crash that claimed the life of a woman and sent a man to the hospital with injuries. Hernandez was headed south on Riviera Drive, when his vehicle jumped the curb onto the sidewalk and struck a man and woman and their parked SUV. The woman succumbed to injuries from the crash. The man was pinned beneath the Toyota. After being freed, he was transported to an area hospital for treatment. Hernandez was arrested on suspicion of murder and driving under the influence of alcohol. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
