Nicholas Gordon Arrested In Vista, CA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Rragic accident that occurred on July 1 in Vista, California. Nicholas Gordon was arrested on suspicion of DUI after he allegedly killed another motorist while driving on Melrose Drive. The car collided with a Kia Spectra in front of it causing both cars to hit a wall. The Kia subsequently overturned. Gordon was taken to an area hospital for treatment. Officers suspected that drugs and/or alcohol were involved, and Gordon was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. CHP continues to investigate the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
