Nichole Kent Killed In E. St. Louis, IL Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on May 29 in E. St. Louis, Illinois. Nichole Kent lost her life when the SUV she was traveling in was struck by a hit-and-run driver at Route 3 and Eighth Street. The impact caused the SUV to overturn and the pickup to catch fire. The pickup driver fled from the scene. Nichole Kent was transported to an area hospital with serious injuries. Nicole later passed away at the hospital. East St. Louis are investigating the accident and are asking witnesses to call. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
