Olga Zavala Killed In Madison, OH Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on November 14 in Madison, Ohio. Olga M. Zavala was tragically killed when her vehicle was struck by a driver that ran a red light, causing it to hit a tractor-trailer on U.S. Route 42. The collision sent the Honda into the semi-truck, which then hit a utility pole. Sadly, Zavala was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident remains under investigation.
