Phillip Miller was badly hurt when his motorcycle was hit by a passenger vehicle along U.S. Route 224. The Ford Escort neglected to yield while attempting a left turn and struck him. Miller was taken to a local hospital for treatment Police identified 22-year-old Thomas Malacky, of Warren, as the driver of the Ford and charged him with failure to yield.
