Rachel Hadley was arrested for driving while intoxicated; she crashed with another alleged drunken driver and then a third vehicle. 26-year-old Rachel Hadley struck a construction barricade when a white Dodge carrying several construction workers stopped to assist her. Shortly thereafter, a 21-year-old man driving a Chevrolet Malibu, allegedly under the influence, collided with the Honda, the Dodge, and a person standing on the roadside. The passengers in the Malibu had to be extricated from the vehicle and were transported to a local hospital with serious injuries. The construction worker who was hit suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene. Rachel Hadley was arrested for DWI, and the Malibu driver was taken to a local hospital and will be charged with intoxication assault. The crash remains under investigation.
