Rafael Tavarez Injured In Farmingville, NY Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on February 14 in Farmingville, New York. Rafael Tavarez was injured in a rear-end accident on Nicolls Road when the Ford F-350 that he was driving was rear-ended by a Lexus driven by a 61-year-old man. Tavarez was taken to Stony Brook University Hospital for treatment of his injuries. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
