Remington Bowling was seriously injured in a single-vehicle accident involving an alleged impaired motorist along Georgia Route 105 near Cannon Bridge Road and Old Cleveland Road when the driver lost control, left the roadway, and flipped. Bowling was seriously injured in the crash and taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center for treatment. The 36-year-old man driving was later charged with serious injury by vehicle, driving under the influence, reckless driving, possession of an open alcohol container, and other motor vehicle violations.
