Richard Johnson Killed In Scotland, NC Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on October 27 in Scotland, North Carolina. Richard Johnson lost his life when an alleged drunken driver slammed into his vehicle while traveling in the wrong direction on Highway 74. Johnson, succumbed to injuries from the crash. Elliot Smith was arrested and charged with driving while impaired. He was later released on a $15,000 bond. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
