Wiltz who was riding a Kawasaki motorcycle collided with a purple BMW and was thrown off his motorcycle and onto the roadway. He was flown to a hospital where he sadly later succumbed she was injuries. Police said the driver of the BMW left the scene on foot. It is not clear if the driver is a female or male, and a reward of up to $10,000 is available for information leading to the arrest of the driver.
