Rolando Padillacanales Killed In Central Islip, NY AccidentPedestrian pinned against two box trucksPosted: 2 years agoShare Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Email This StoryTragic accident that occurred on February 15th in Central Islip, New York. 45-year-old Rolando Padillacanales was tragically killed when he was pinned between two box trucks as he helped one of the vehicles in a parking lot. According to the Suffolk Police Department, Padillacanales was assisting a driver back up a box truck in a parking lot at South Research Place when the box truck hit him, pinning him against a parked 2006 Freightliner box truck. Padillacanales was rushed to South Shore University Hospital in Bay Shore, where he tragically later died.
