Tragic accident that occurred on November 22 in Bakersfield, California. Roy Cork has been identified as the man struck and killed by a Union Pacific train last month on Frontage Road. The Union Pacific Railroad Police Department is the lead investigating agency on this crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
