Ruben Victoria Killed In Goleta, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on September 22 in Goleta, California. Ruben Reyes Victoria lost his life after being struck by a hit-and-run driver along southbound Storke Road. The driver fled before authorities arrived. Victoria leaves behind a wife and two children, ages 10 and 6. Deputies later arrested a suspect, 19-year-old David Rousso, who is in custody at the Santa Barbara County Main Jail awaiting charges. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
