Salvador Guillen-Avila Killed In S. San Francisco, CA Accident

Crash on S. Linden Ave

Tragic accident that occurred on November 12 in South San Francisco, California. Passenger Salvador Guillen-Avila lost his life after a crash on S. Linden Avenue. 18-year-old Angel DeJesus Castro lost control of his vehicle, sideswiped one telephone pole, and then struck a second pole. Avila was pronounced dead a short time after the crash. Police discovered a half-empty tequila bottle and empty beer cans in the vehicle, as well as a vape pen and marijuana. Castro faces multiple felony charges and remains in custody on $250,000 bail. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
