Tragic accident that occurred on December 6 in Richland, Washington. Samantha Bounds was injured in a two-vehicle crash along State Highway 240 just south of the Interstate 182 interchange. A Ford crashed into a Nissan Versa traveling south toward Kennewick on the divided highway. Impairment is believed to be a factor. This is an ongoing investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
