Tragic accident that occurred on October 31 in Pasco, Washington. Samuel Diaz Soto lost his life as the result of a two-vehicle collision near the intersection of Swallow Avenue and Stearman Avenue. Pasco succumbed to injuries from the crash. The exact cause of the collision remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
