Pedestrian struck on S. 56th St

Tragic accident that occurred on Sunday, July 25 at around 4:43 AM in Tacoma, Washington. Seneca Howell was injured when he was struck by a vehicle at S. 56th and Alaska streets. The pedestrian was transferred to an area hospital for treatment of serious injuries. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
