Sharon Stephen-McCandless Killed In Rockingham, NC Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, July 1st in Rockingham, North Carolina. Sharon Stephen-McCandless was tragically killed when her SUV collided with a tractor-trailer making a U-turn on Highway 220. 42-year-old James Wright was operating a tractor-trailer for Crosby Trucking Service, when he made a U-turn into the northbound lane, colliding with the victim. She then crashed into a guardrail. She was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
