Sharon Stephen-McCandless was tragically killed when her SUV collided with a tractor-trailer making a U-turn on Highway 220. 42-year-old James Wright was operating a tractor-trailer for Crosby Trucking Service, when he made a U-turn into the northbound lane, colliding with the victim.
