Sierra Jensen Injured In Maxwell, CA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on October 3 in Maxwell, California. Sierra Jensen was seriously injured when a vehicle was involved in a DUI-related crash along Interstate 5. 24-year-old Kathryn Shubat was driving south on Interstate 5 at a high rate of speed when she crashed her vehicle into a white Ford truck towing a utility trailer. The truck went out of control and overturned on the shoulder of the road. She was later arrested and is facing charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol causing death or great bodily injury. CHP continues to investigate the accident.
