Sophia Mota Injured In Franconia Township, MN Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on June 7 in Franconia Township, Minnesota. Sophia Grace Mota was seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident when a Ford Escape came to a complete stop at Minnesota State Highways 95 and 243. The Escape proceeded forward and was struck in the passenger side by a Dodge Ram pickup truck. Mota was taken to Regions Hospital with life-threatening injuries. The accident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
