Tausha Schmidt Killed In Arlington, WA Accident

DUI wreck on 204th Street Northeast

Tragic accident that occurred on January 20th in Arlington, Washington. Tausha Schmidt was tragically killed after being struck by a drunk driver at the intersection of 204th Street Northeast and Highway 9. The victim was struck by an Enterprise rental car driven by 28-year-old Elliott Bagley. The victim was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. A police officer who arrived at the accident observed that Bagley smelled of alcohol and his eyes appeared glassy. Bagley was arrested for investigation of two counts of vehicular homicide and driving under the influence. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
