Thomas Duba Killed In San Francisco, CA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on October 19 in San Francisco, California. Thomas Duba lost his life when he was struck by a San Francisco Muni bus along Van Ness Avenue and O'Farrell Street along the Muni 49-Van Ness/Mission line. The bus needed to be lifted in order to free the man. The victim, identified as 61-year-old Thomas Duba of San Francisco, was pronounced dead at the scene. The San Francisco Police Department is investigating the accident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
