Tragic accident that occurred on October 19 in Jacksonville, Florida. Tirrell Wiley lost his life after an early-morning vehicle vs. pedestrian accident along Interstate 95. Wiley was pronounced dead after the collision. A GoFundMe page was set up to help the victim's family with funeral expenses. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
