Todd Cruickshank was charged with DUI after a two-vehicle accident left another motorist seriously injured near Palomba Drive and Cranbrook Boulevard. One of the drivers, identified as a 73-year-old woman, was badly hurt and transported to Baystate Medical Center. Authorities say the second driver, 25-year-old Todd Cruickshank, was impaired and charged him with operating while under the influence of alcohol/drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
