Tom Bufford Injured In Earlville, IA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on March 7 in Earlville, Iowa. Tom Bufford was injured in a head-on collision between his tractor-trailer and a pickup truck on 210th St. According to the Iowa State Patrol, a 59-year-old man was driving a 2007 Ford F-350 truck east when, for reasons still under investigation, the vehicle crossed the centerline and collided head-on with a westbound tractor-trailer. Troopers said that the tractor-trailer driver, 50-year-old Tom Bufford, was transported to an area hospital and then transferred to University of Iowa Hospitals for treatment. The cause of the crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
