Tommy Palmer Killed In Midland, TX Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on July 12 in Midland, Texas. Tommy Earl Palmer lost his life along State Highway 191 when he stopped his Chevrolet Cruz in the 8700 block of State Highway 191 and was rear ended by a Peterbilt cement truck at a high rate of speed. Palmer, who had to be extricated from the car, succumbed to his injuries at a hospital. This is an ongoing investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
