Tragic accident that occurred on December 30 in Austin, Texas. Teenager Treyshur Carter was critically injured when she was struck by a motor vehicle while riding a scooter on Farmhaven Road. Family members identified the victim as Treyshur Carter, who suffered a fractured neck as well as spleen and kidney injuries. The incident remains under investigation.
