Tyriq Mosley Smith Killed In Houston, TX Accident

Tagic accident that occurred on January 14 in Houston, Texas. Tyriq Mosley Smith was tragically killed after being struck by a vehicle on 1111 West Loop North. Mosley Smith was a passenger in a Nissan Sentra that was traveling southbound when he began arguing with the driver. When the other driver pulled over to the right shoulder, Smith got out of the vehicle and began to run across the freeway.  At that time, Smith was hit by a Mercedes-Benz. Sadly, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
