Tragic accident that occurred on August 20th in Miami, Florida. Valeria Cáceres was one of five people killed in a wrong-way crash in the westbound lanes of State Road 826 near Northwest 57th Avenue. The driver, identified as Maiky Simeon, has not had a valid driver's license since 2014, when he was arrested for driving 109 miles per hour. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
