William Day Arrested In The Bronx, NY Accident

Pedestrian accident on Major Deegan Expressway

Tragic accident that occurred on September 2 in The  Bronx, New York. William Day was arrested after an accident that killed a pedestrian on the southbound Major Deegan Expressway. Day was charged with attempted unlicensed driving and attempted refusal to take a breath test. He is accused of driving the Toyota RAV4 that struck and killed the victim, who is believed to be in his 40s. His identity hasn't been revealed.
