Zachary Mitchell Killed In Red Bluff, California.

Tragic accident that occurred on November 28 in Red Bluff, California. Zachary Mitchell died in a motor vehicle vs. pedestrian crash along Interstate 5. Mitchell pulled off onto the shoulder just south of Adobe Road and when he exited his vehicle he was struck by a 2014 Toyota Prius. Mitchell was pronounced dead at the scene.
