10-Year-Old Joshua Lee Injured In Shawnee Township, OH AccidentHit-and-run on Fort Amanda Road and Ohio Route 501Posted: 3 years agoShare Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Email This StoryTragic accident that occurred on Tuesday, April 27 in Shawnee Township, Ohio. 10-year-old Joshua Lee was seriously injured when the motorcycle he was traveling on was struck by another motorcycle fleeing police at the intersection of Fort Amanda Road and Ohio Route 501. A Shawnee Township Police officer attempted to stop 32-year-old Andrew Hunnaman for a traffic violation. Hunnaman refused to stop and took off northbound at a high rate of speed. He then struck the Harley Davidson motorcycle the young boy was a passenger on. He was transported to Mercy Health St.-Rita’s Medical Center for treatment. Hunnaman was pronounced dead on the scene by the Allen County Coroner's Office. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
