A group of teenagers was involved in performing donuts south of Farm-to-Market 1346 in a vehicle when it overturned. First responders arrived on the scene to find six teenagers injured, with Henry suffering the most severe injuries. He was ejected from the vehicle and tragically succumbed to his injuries after being transported to a local hospital. The driver of the vehicle, a 16-year-old, has since been arrested and faces serious charges, including manslaughter and injury to a child. He was booked into the Bexar County Adult Detention Center.
