15-Year-Old Benjamin Foster Killed In Clay, NY Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on June 1st in Clay, New York. 15-year-old Benjamin Foster was tragically killed in a single-vehicle rollover accident on Henry Clay Boulevard between Waterhouse Road and Wetzel Road. A  Honda Accord was traveling at a high rate of speed when the driver lost control and drove off the east side of the road. The vehicle then left the road, hit a culvert, went airborne, struck several trees, and rolled over. Foster was sitting in the front passenger seat and had to be ejected from the vehicle. Foster was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.  The car driver sustained multiple injuries and was also brought to Upstate University Hospital.
