Hundreds of people attended and occupied sidewalks as others showed off their vehicles. At that time, was when 22-year-old Andrew Mock’s speeding Chevy Camaro struck the back of a Chevy Malibu. The Malibu was sent into the crowd killing, Mr. Kennedy and his brother. Kennedy was a sophomore at Humble High school, and a GoFundMe has been set up to help his heartbroken mother pay for expenses.
