Hohmann was operating a 2008 Honda Civic on Turning Leaf Way when a 2006 Honda Pilot driven by a 25-year-old man collided with her while she was turning. Hohmann was rushed to the University of Cincinnati West Chester Hospital. Her 14-year-old brother was also traveling in the Civic and was taken to the same hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
