Hill was thrown from the bike and then hit by a second unknown vehicle, according to deputies. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. Hill was an honors student who held two jobs and aspired to a career in engineering or a trade school. He was described by his soccer coach as a popular teammate who worked hard and was competitive.
