17-Year-Old Joel Rodriguez Killed In Bay Shore, NY Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Tuesday, December 7th at around 12:30 AM in Bay Shore, New York. 17-year-old Joel Rodriguez was tragically killed when the vehicle that he was a passenger in crashed on Pine Aire Drive near Taylor Avenue. Rodriguez was traveling in an Infiniti Q50 driven by 17-year-old Marvin Phamm  lost control of the vehicle, which left the roadway, struck a utility pole, and overturned. Rodriguez, the front seat passenger, was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
