The truck subsequently rolled over in the eastbound lane near Central Texas College. Smith was ejected from the vehicle. Sadly, both died at the scene. A GoFundMe fundraiser has been created for Smith to pay for funeral expenses. Authorities have not released additional information about the case. An investigation is ongoing.
