17-Year-Old Sarahi Ramirez Killed In Fresno, CA Accident

DUI wreck on Marks and Jensen Avenues

Tragic accident that occurred on March 18th in Fresno, California. 17-year-old Sarahi Ramirez senior at W.E.B. DuBois Public Charter School, was tragically killed in a crash with a man driving under the influence at Marks and Jensen Avenues. According to the California Highway Patrol, Ramirez was driving a GMC truck that was T-boned by a Chevy Tahoe driven by 26-year-old Michael Mendoza. Ramirez was rushed to Community Regional Medical Center, where she tragically later died. Mendoza was arrested for felony DUI and gross vehicular manslaughter.
