17-Year-Old Wyatt Beam Injured in Melbourne, FL Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Monday, April 12 at about 7:00 PM in Melbourne, Florida. 17-year-old Wyatt Beam was seriously injured in a collision with a driver who ran a red light. A  driver blew through a red light at the intersection of Aurora and Croton roads, striking two vehicles. The force of the collision sent one of the vehicles into a bicyclist, who was in a crosswalk.  Beam was in one of the vehicles and was flown to a hospital for treatment of his injuries. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
