18-Year-Old Carlos Mendoza Injured In Huntington Station, NY Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on February 21 in Huntington Station, New York. 18-year-old Carlos Mendoza was seriously injured as a result of a motor vehicle accident on Columbia Street. The vehicle ran off the roadway and slammed into a tree in front of 189 McKay Road. Passenger Carlos Garcia Mendoza sustained serious injuries. Mendoza was airlifted to Stony Brook University Hospital for treatment. Anyone with information about the incident was asked to contact the Suffolk County PD Second Squad at 631-854-8252. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
