The driver of the car 31-year-old Aaron Sims was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence. Hooper sadly died at the scene. Hoopers 12-year-old brother was taken to Children’s Medical Center in Dallas where he is in critical condition with a skull fracture, brain bleeding, a concussion, and a laceration to his forehead.
