One of them is 18-year-old Jesus Manuel Silva II of San Angelo, who was thrown from a speeding vehicle that overturned during a police pursuit. The crash took place around 9:55 p.m. on the southbound side of U.S. Highway 87 near Wilde Road. The driver of the Dodge Charger was attempting to elude authorities when the vehicle left the roadway, became airborne, and flipped in the median. Tragically, Silva died at the scene from his injuries. One of the other victims in the crash was 20-year-old Matthew Reyes.
