Tragic accident that occurred on November 12 in Perris, California. 18-year-old Rosa Martinez lost her life when she was struck by a motorist in the 21100 block of Nandina Avenue. Witnesses reported that a Honda sedan was speeding at 90 mph when it hit Martinez who was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation by CHP.
