18-Year-Old Zachariah Clabough Killed In Bartow, FL Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on March 27 in Bartow, Florida. 18-year-old Zachariah Clabough was fatally injured when he was struck by a hit-and-run motorist near South Jackson Avenue and East Pearl Street. Sadly, Clabough was pronounced dead at the scene. Officials say the motorist involved had allegedly left the scene of a minor crash before striking Clabough and fleeing again. Investigators located a vehicle of interest, a 2018 Hyundai, but the suspect had already left that location in a blue 2017 Ford Fiesta with license plate number 5613UJ. The incident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
